Detailed project breakdowns — specs, scope, and what we built. From residential kitchens to large industrial facilities and government warehouses.
Two custom mixed-design shutters were fabricated for a residential kitchen in Manish Nagar. Each shutter combines a perforated grill panel at the top (for ventilation) with a solid powder-coated slat section at the bottom (for privacy and security). Both are fully motorized with a custom RAL shade — matching the client's home exterior exactly.
Three heavy-duty motorized shutters were supplied and installed at a large industrial facility. With openings up to 18×16.5 ft, these shutters required 1000 kg Sturdylift motors and a reinforced structural framework. All three were delivered in powder-coated finish — providing long-term corrosion resistance for the commercial environment.
A large-scale heavy fabrication project executed in collaboration with Resolute Engineering for a Maharashtra Area Development Corporation (MAIDC) government warehouse in MIDC Nagpur. Scope included complete roofing using TATA profile sheets over 10,400 sq ft of industrial shed area, plus repair and restoration of 4 large rolling shutters. The project was completed within government timelines and subject to GST billing at 18%.
Supply and installation of 6 powder coated gear-operated rolling shutters for a new construction at Butibori, Nagpur. Each shutter was custom-fabricated with precise site measurements, 80mm high-grade slats, powder coated finish with orange accent stripe, 16-inch box covers, and heavy-duty gear box with shafting arrangement. All 6 shutters delivered and installed in a single visit with 6-month comprehensive service warranty.
Motor capacity is chosen based on shutter area and weight — not guesswork. 400 kg for residential, 1000 kg for large industrial.
